Green tea is popularly known as a drink that has many health benefits. Green tea is known scientifically as Camellia sinensin. It comes from the same plant from which what we consider as normal tea comes. They are the same tea but the processing under which each goes through are not alike. Green Tea is processed by means of slightly steaming or drying the tea leaves as compared to the black tea that undergoes fermentation.
